报告题目:Grey Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA-G) and its Application in the Impact of Claim Management on Selecting Contractors

报告摘要:

本报告旨在探讨石油和天然气行业索赔的原因和起源,同时寻求解决方案,以减少或消除索赔,并将这些解决方案用于选择高效的承包商。本报告将介绍一种新的多属性决策方法,称为灰色序优法,用于对标准和备选方案进行排序。灰色系统理论可以通过对索赔解决方案进行排序,减少索赔发生率,增加生产效率,降低成本和执行时间,提高质量,并将这些解决方案用于承包商的选择。灰色排序与“观察到的目标变化”之间的差异表明,排序之间的距离越大,顶端排序的影响越大。此报告的主要内容如下:(1)与以往关注索赔原因优先排序的研究不同,本研究识别并对解决方案进行排序以减少索赔发生;(2)这些识别出的解决方案被作为选择更高效承包商的标准;(3)灰色序优法被用于比较和排序提出的解决方案,以提高生产效率,;(4)该方法首次应用于项目索赔管理中。研究显示,“雇用具有经验和学历的技术团队”这一标准排名第一,而“确保承包商的有效服务记录”排名第二。

报告人简介:

Mohammad Reza Feylizadeh is an Associate Professor of the Department of Industrial Engineering at Islamic Azad University Shiraz, Iran. His major research areas are Multiple Criteria Decision Making (McDM)Approaches, Optimization Methods and Maintenance Management. He has published papers in“Experteading journals including“Applied Soft Computing” Systems with Applications International Journal of Disaster Risk Journal of Cleaner Production”, the Journal of AirReduction”.Transport Management” Group Decision and Negotiation International Journal of Fuzzy Systems, among others. He serves as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for “Grey Systems. Theory and Application and was also elected as “Standing Director of the International Association of Grey Systems and Uncertainty and Belt and Road Branch of GSUA until October 2028, and also assessor, supervisor and advisor for the different PhD theses about Fuzzy systems, Grey theory, Optimization, MCDM and maintenance Management.
